A new entry-level Nokia smartphone is in the works. Called Nokia 1.4, the smartphone will succeed the Nokia 1.3 that was unveiled earlier this year. As of now, there is no word on when the phone will see the light of day, but an FCC listing gives away a few important deets.
Spotted by reliable leakster Sudhanshu, the upcoming Nokia 1.4 sports the model number TA-1322. The phone is said to be available in grey and blue colour options. It would also come with 1GB of RAM and 16GB of built-in storage. The upcoming Nokia 1.4 is likely to be priced at Eur 100 ( ₹8,800 approximately).
Sudhanshu also posted schematics of the Nokia 1.4. The pictures reveal the phone has a circular camera module at the top centre. There is also a fingerprint slot. The base appears to have a cut out for the USB port, which is most likely to be a micro USB.
Apart from Nokia 1.4, you can also expect Nokia 7.3 to launch very soon. The budget smartphone is said to come with a 5,050mAh battery, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 690 processor, 48-megapixel camera, and 5G connectivity.
As said earlier, HMD Global had launched Nokia 1.3 in March this year. The smartphone comes with Camera Go and low-light image fusion technology along with Gallery Go. It features a 5.7-inch HD+ display and an 8MP camera on the back and a 5MP on the front and a 3,000mAh battery. It runs Qualcomm Snapdragon 215 under the hood. Nokia 1.3 was also one of the first phones to launch with Android 10 (Go edition) and would also be ready for Android 11 (Go edition).
